Delight yourself in the Lord

Dear family and friends,

Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.”
                                                                                          Psalm 37:4
Taking delight in the lord means that our hearts truly find peace and fulfillment in Him. If we truly find satisfaction and worth in Christ, it says in the scripture that he will give us the longings of our heart. Our hearts are always full of desires.
It’s been a blessed month in my life, this very verse has become so true to me. May 30th has been one of the happiest days of my life, this is the day I got engaged. It’s been a long wait and has not been an easy journey but totally worth it. We are going to get married on the 24th of September 2018.
This world can never satisfy our deepest longings, but if we choose to delight in God’s way, he will always provide above and beyond our expectations.
